Mel Gibson will return as Mad Max in a new Fox Pictures addition to the movie trilogy called, ‘Fury Road.’ Gibson will earn $25M for the project as Fox takes the series to a new spending and hopefully a new grossing level. Mad Max, The Road Warrior and Beyond Thunderdome, together only grossed $69M in US theaters. Our fingers are crossed that Fox has enough cinematic and marketing ‘guzzaline’ to drive ticket sales.
