Kazakhstan is battling a pop culture fueled phenom that’s doing wonders for the country’s brand awareness, but damaging its brand perception.

Will Kazakhstan’s weapon of newspaper advertorials be enough to combat the efforts of one man or do they need an army of bloggers on their side?
