A product for a time-pressured age

May 15, 2006

Convenience products never go out of style, especially as more and more Americans are feeling the time crunch.

One recent example of a new company catering for this market is e4b (Easy for Busy) who produce fruit purees in space pouches. It’s fruit for people who are too busy to prepare it.

The Japanese packaging was originally designed for NASA’s space program and is used to protect the nutritional integrity of the fruit without the need for preservatives.

e4b’s puree’s are an interesting blend of unique design and product delivery, they are clearly going after the premium end of the market and into the territory between fruit and juice.
