Leading architecture firm NBBJ has just put together a book on the subject that looks pretty interesting.
Change Design features contributions from the likes of Howard Schultz at Stabucks, author Daniel Pink and Carolyn Corvi at Boeing.
It looks like they’ve also put together a process to think about change through the lens of architecture.
