Apple: truth and advertising

There’s nothing wrong with the product demo approach to advertising, providing the product demo is truthful and based on a real experience.
It looks as though Apple might have got itself into a little bit of trouble with its ads touting speed a level of speed that isn’t delivered in the real world.
Obviously, the company is working hard on a fix and it’s not all there fault, but they have left themselves open for consumers to take a pop at them- like this..
