Sleepover in the guggenheim

October 19, 2008

New York’s Guggenheim is offering people the chance to sleep overnight at the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright designed museum. Artist Carsten Holler, has created a piece entitled “Revolving Hotel Room”, by day it’s an art piece and by night it becomes a hotel room with co-operation from the Waldorf Astoria.

What’s unclear is how the museum plans to ensure guests wake at the appropriate time and don’t trash the room.
