Planners: find problems before solutions

They suggest that problem identification is actually harder than coming up with solutions.
It’s just a good reminder to Planners that they have some good craft skills in this “space” that matter.
While there’s all kinds of appeal to be found in brainstorming creative solutions, finding ways to dig deep and discover the problems could be more valuable in the first instance.Next post Previous post
