These prolific web art pioneers do not just accommodate offline pieces to be viewable on the web, they create pieces within the navigational rule of thinking, sometimes appropriating and building into site content like that of or Yahoo. The web has been a marketing tool and an informative tool, but is just beginning to be seen as a worthy artistic medium in and of itself, with its own potentials, dimensions and logic.
