Method-taking on the cleaning giants
August 30, 2005
Starting a business from scratch is never easy, but Method made its job even harder by choosing to attack some of the giants of packaged goods. Unilever, Procter and Gamble and Clorox are some of the formidable players that Method took on in its quest for share in a highly competitive market.
Using street smarts, an understanding of trends and contemporary branding, Method changed the rules of the category and thrived.
Eric Ryan, one of the founders of Method will speak at Influx’s M-Squared on September 27th. Other speakers include: Chris Anderson (Wired and The Long Tail), Howard Rheingold (Smart Mobs), Jody Turner (CultureofFuture) and Mike Shine. More details can be found hereNext post Previous post
