The web-based photo diary as a research tool

This is a great example of how simple photographs and accompanying narrative can make a good research tool. So often, we are stuck with predictable/boring attempts at describing life from sterile industry questionnaires or random comments in focus groups. This photo/blog/journal methodology adds a rich and interesting layer to any consumer research.
